Request Account Deletion

This action is irreversible

Requesting account deletion will initiate a permanent closure of your HDD account. This includes closing your wallet, cancelling active mining contracts, and removing your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements). You will not be able to recover your account or data after deletion is completed.

  • • Wallet balances must be zero (withdraw all funds first).
  • • Active mining contracts must be settled or expired.
  • • Blockchain transaction records are permanent and cannot be deleted.
  • • Financial records are retained for 7 years per regulatory requirements.

Your data rights are protected under GDPR (EU), Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act (2019), and other applicable regulations. If you have concerns about how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
